The Berry M.B.A. program has been a very stimulating and challenging educational experience for me! I was very anxious in the beginning, not sure if I could comprehend the material as quickly as I did as an undergraduate, over 10 years ago. I love it!
Cindy Kendrick
Vice president, Cedarstream Inc.

The M.B.A. program has been a wonderful educational experience for me and has allowed me to stay current with the latest educational material, thus ensuring that I will be a more effective manager.
Sonny Rigas
Senior vice president, Floyd Medical Center

Small class size makes for close student teacher involvement with extremely well qualified professors.  That is what really sets this program apart from the rest.
Chad Carlton
Assistant manager, Carlton Farms

The M.B.A. program here is fresh and innovative. Professors give examples and their own personal real world experiences that keep it interesting and fun.  I also love the discussions in class. With open and casual classroom environments, relationships are built during the process of education, which happens in the numerous stimulating conversations.
John Cornett
Graduate assistant

A very intense learning experience
Bart Rich
Regional credit manager, Mohawk Industries

It is great learning environment because of the cultural diversity and diversity among the working individuals who perform different functions within their organizations. This offers different perspectives on topics and discussions in class.
Adrian Perez
Graduate assistant

There is a real diverse mix of students, and everybody brings different strengths to the table. When you mesh those strengths together, you walk away with something that is beyond the textbooks and beyond the traditional classroom experience. It's an incredibly diverse, unique learning experience.  The professors are very student oriented. They understand that you are an adult going back to school and that you have other commitments. Their goal is to help you learn something, but they also balance that with real-world understanding.
The MBA program is a very good program.  The schedule worked well with my job responsibilities.  I would highly recommend the program.
Phyllis Pemerton, Class of 2000
Director of women's and children's services, Floyd Medical Center

I have been able to use the concepts I've learned - from economics to international management. Just about every class has in some way, shape, or form added to the way I perceive and view the work we do.
Chris Mosby, Class of 1999
Plant Manager, Torrington

My financial analysis course changed the whole face of our financial statements and the way we do our books and monthly reports. It's great to be able to go to school at night and bring what I learn back to work.
The M.B.A. program allows me to share experiences with people who are not locked into my world. When you're in a classroom where people come from such a variety of occupations, you realize that the problems you face are not unique. It helps you approach problems from a different light.
Brenda Woods, Class of 1999
Controller, American Weavers

Without the M.B.A. experience, I probably would not be as thorough with the questioning on some of the things that come across my desk. The coursework helps you learn to process information to see what's relevant. "The classes have a great mix of individuals from different industries and different levels of experience. That really brings the discussion parts of class to life. It's a great way to reinforce the things we're learning.
The M.B.A. program has taught me to ask more questions. As a manager, that's very valuable. When you're handling a lot of information from a variety of sources, the experience gives you the ability to think in different, more in-depth ways.
Todd Murphy, Class of 1998
Manager of Continuous Improvement, The HON Company

My job as a graduate assistant gave me the opportunity to gain high-quality work experience, which has helped immensely in my job-search efforts.
Ami Green, Class of 1998
Graduate Assistant
