Admission requirements
To be considered for admission to Berry, a graduate school applicant must have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Transcripts (official for degree seeking or unofficial for non-degreee seeking)
- Two letters of reference
- GMAT scores
- Goal Statement
- TOEFL score over 550 (or 213 on computer-based test)
Students who require a U. S. student visa must also submit a completed financial responsibility form after they have been admitted to Berry in order to obtain an I20 immigration form.
Applications should be filed at least six months prior to the date of desired admissions.
Transcripts from schools must be signed by a school official or official translator and carry the appropriate seal (unsigned photostats are not acceptable). These official records from the school should be sent directly to: Office of Admissions, Berry College, Mount Berry, Georgia 30149-0159 USA
Application Procedure
These steps should be followed.
1. Mail the application form along with a non-refundable $30 application fee.
2. For graduate admission, arrange to have the GMAT and other scores (TOEFL, etc.) sent to:
Graduate Studies Campbell School of Business Berry College P.O. Box 5024 Mount Berry, Georgia, 30149-5024.
3. Request that certified copies of your college grades and a certified copy of your school’s certificate or exam be sent to Graduate Studies from your school.
Each letter and envelope should bear the name and return address of the applicant.
Admissions correspondence is sent by air mail, but heavy materials will be sent by surface mail unless full air postage charges are prepaid with international postage coupons (sold by postal services throughout the world).
The college catalog is given to each student registering on campus. Catalogs will be mailed overseas to individuals only after the individual sends postal coupons to cover the cost; $5 for surface mail and $15 for air mail. Catalogs are usually available for reference at most U.S. Embassies or Consular Offices.
The admissions status of an applicant cannot be determined until all official credentials, including TOEFL scores and financial arrangements, have been received from the student.

Visa
After the student has been accepted for admission to the college and has deposited the first year’s charges, we will send Form I-20 to enable you to request a visa from the U.S.A. Consulate.
Travel
Travel tickets should be purchased with Rome, Georgia, as the destination. You may secure air tickets to Atlanta, Georgia. Bus service is available from downtown Atlanta to Rome. You should make arrangements to stay at Villa International Atlanta, 1749 Clifton Road, N.E. Atlanta (telephone (404) 633-6783) if you arrive before school begins. Be sure to have reservations before you arrive in the U.S.A. When you have made your travel arrangements, notify the Office of Admissions by air mail.
Financial Aid
Berry College has no scholarships set aside specifically on their own for international students, and normally students from other countries should arrange to finance graduate study. Financial aid is limited in the amount for international students even under the most favorable situation. Letters of admission or replies to correspondence should not be considered assurance of financial aid. No student should count on work for financial aid.
