Visiting Faculty Position in Marketing

The Campbell School of Business at Berry College invites applications and nominations for a one-year visiting instructor/assistant professor position in Marketing. Teaching responsibilities include Principles of Marketing, Marketing Strategy and electives in the undergraduate business program. The Campbell School offers undergraduate and MBA programs in business administration.  Candidates should have an earned doctorate or be an ABD. 

Salary is competitive and commensurate with credentials and experience. Screening will begin May 1, 2014, and will continue until the position is filled. The starting date for this visiting position is August of 2014.

Tenure-Track Positions in Marketing; Rank Open 

The Campbell School of Business at Berry College invites applications for two open tenure-track faculty positions in Marketing.  The Campbell School desires excellent teachers who will also maintain active research agendas consistent with maintaining AACSB accreditation standards.  The teaching responsibilities are primarily in the undergraduate program teaching principles of marketing, marketing research, marketing strategy and other marketing elective courses.  We are also interested in candidates with secondary teaching interests such as business ethics, statistics or other courses typically offered in a business school’s core curriculum.  Teaching responsibilities may also include similar courses in our MBA program. 

Candidates should have an earned doctorate or be an ABD expecting completion before August 2015 and show evidence of a promising research agenda.  Rank and salary will be commensurate with credentials and experience.  Screening will begin in the spring of 2014 and will continue until the position is filled. We will be interviewing candidates at the AMA Summer Marketing Educator’s Conference. The preferred starting date is August 2015.

Faculty would also have an interest in engaging our students in firsthand activities with the community. Teaching responsibilities may also include similar courses in our MBA program.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with credentials and experience. Screening will begin in July 2013 and will continue until the position is filled. Interviews will be conducted at the Academy of Management conference.
