Canoeing
KIN 127 
Join others who are good swimmers and comfortable on the water learning the basics of canoe handling on flat, moving and class 1-2 whitewater. The class meets for an orientation and swim test 1 evening early in the semester. Students experience basic boat handling, shields and paddle strokes on a lake before leaving Berry at noon on Friday for a 1-night river experience. All equipment is provided. Students are responsible for meals and transportation to the training sites.
