The Ray Larsen Quail Research Center was recently established to provide students another avenue for learning utilizing an economically important avian species, the Bob White Quail. It is currently utilized for both teaching and research purposes. The facility consists of climate controlled indoor pens as well as multiple outdoor pens to allow for separation of different groups of birds for different types of research and teaching objectives.
