Dates
Check back for summer 2013 dates. The information on this page is based on 2012 information.
Courses
The European Council offers a variety of classes in many different areas of study taught by Georgia professors. Each class is the equivalent to 3 credit hours at Berry College, and Berry students are required to enroll in two 3-hour classes. All courses are considered to be Berry College credit, not transient credit.
Accommodations
Students will be given single dormitory rooms with private baths on the campus of Citè Universitè.
Meals
The program includes 8 meals per week. Students should budget €7 per meal for other meals. Cooking in groups can dramatically reduce these costs.
Costs
$5300; this includes roundtrip airfare, lodging, 8 meals per week, health insurance, a half-day guided tour of Paris once you arrive, as well as an unlimited pass for the Paris Metro and bus systems. Optional France rail passes are also available for an additional $250, if under 26. There is a $100 per credit hour charge in addition to the program fee. Students pay the program fee of $5300 directly to the EC; Berry College will bill the student the $100 per credit hour fee.
