Admission RequirementsBerry applicants should have earned a diploma from an accredited high
school and completed:
- 4 years of English
- 4 years of mathematics - (including algebra I and II, either geometry or trigonometry, and a fourth year of mathematics beyond algebra II)
- 3 years of natural science
- 3 years of social studies and
- 2 years of foreign language
Admission to the freshman class is based upon probable success determined from high school grades and college-entrance test scores.
Although the Berry College application criteria are a guideline for the admission process, ALL applicants are considered for admission. High school students are required to submit one Berry College Counselor Recommendation Form.
Home School Students
Berry College welcomes applications from homeschooled students. Those who would like to apply for freshman admission should submit the application form and essay. Homeschool students should also submit a transcript, official SAT and/or ACT scores and two Berry College Personal Recommendation Forms (in lieu of the Counselor Recommendation form required of other freshman applicants). Application Deadline
Berry College admits students using a rolling admission process. We offer an online application, and we will waive the $50 application fee for all students who apply online.Based on space availability, applications are accepted until 30 days before the start of each semester.
