Call Center students have one of the most important jobs on campus.
They are responsible for bringing in donations to be used for scholarships
and the student work program. As student fundraisers they are actually the
“Voice of Berry." They contact prospects to encourage good public relations
and raise funds for the college. Being a part of the Firsthand Fund the
callers need to obtain a pledge, leave the donor with a positive impression
of Berry and update any information which may have changed for the donor as
well as respect the donors’ wishes. So the next time you get a call, take a
few minutes and thank them for their hard work.
