The Virginia R. Webb Exceptional Service Award recognizes leadership and devotion to the Berry Alumni Association. Nominees must be a Berry alumna/us, must have ten or more years of exceptional service to the Alumni Association in a leadership role. The award is unique and is not necessarily awarded on an annual basis.

Bart Cox (92C), awarded 2012
Bart Cox, from Canton, GA, earned a history degree from Berry in 1992. He also holds a law degree from the University of Mississippi, and works as a real estate attorney in Atlanta. In his free time, Bart enjoys reading, following college football and basketball, and travel. Bart served on the Berry Alumni Association’s Alumni Council from 1999-2012. For the last eleven years of this timeframe, he served as the Alumni Association’s Parliamentarian. In honor of his service to Berry and the Association, Bart was the inaugural recipient of the Virginia R. Webb Exceptional Service Award in 2012, given by the Association’s Executive Committee.
