Spring has hit the Berry College campus in a full burst of color this year ranging from a rainbow of tulips to the white rain of Dogwoods.
This is the time of year when students’ senses are serenaded by the sounds of birds and the smells of cook-outs and freshly cut grass. The campus hammocks are constantly occupied and swinging, while the residence hall lawns provide ample room for sunning. Flip-flops are required dress.
With only a few weeks left, near-graduates are busily job hunting and finalizing their last paper or project for Berry. Students try to schedule time with friends who will scatter for summer adventures.
Cyclists, runners and hikers are multiplying as the weather warms up. Although the semester is drawing to a close, Berry will continue to serve as a recreation hotspot all summer long. Visit www.berry.edu/recreation to learn more about the recreational opportunities available to the campus community, as well as the general public.
