The Department of Religion and Philosophy at Berry College invites applications for a tenure-track appointment in Philosophy at the Assistant Professor rank, beginning in the fall of 2014. Desired areas of competence include ethics and philosophy of religion.

|Job Summary - The candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in undergraduate teaching and show promise of scholarly contributions to the field of philosophy. In addition, she or he should be eager to teach philosophy courses in the general education curriculum and courses within the department’s major and minor, which may include courses in her/his specialty. Candidates should enjoy advising and mentoring students and engage in appropriate departmental, college, and professional service and involvement|
