Job Summary

The Department of English, Rhetoric and Writing at Berry College invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor to begin in August 2018. This is a three-year appointment. The successful candidate will teach courses in fiction in our Creative Writing major in fiction and creative non-fiction; the ability to teach a course in Young Adult Literature for majors across the curriculum, including Education, English, and Creative Writing is desirable. Minimum Qualifications

MFA required; PhD strongly preferred. A demonstrated commitment to teaching writing, including writing in our first-year writing sequence, and mentoring students is essential.
