Berry College Archives
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Formally established in 1986, the archives serves as the primary repository for materials pertaining to the Berry Schools, Berry College and founder Martha Berry. The principal purpose of the archives is to appraise, collect, preserve, maintain, and make accessible records of historical value to the institution. In addition, the archives seeks to promote the use of its materials through education and outreach.

The collections consist of various formats including photographs, maps, documents, campus publications, and books by Berry faculty, staff, and Alumni. Campus publications, such as the student yearbook and newspaper, provide a glimpse into Berry's distant, and not-so-distant, past. In addition to older materials, the archives collects current documents and publications to ensure that today's history will be preserved for tomorrow's researchers.
Researchers are welcome to visit the archives. For in-depth research visits, the archives encourages patrons to schedule an appointment. This step ensures that patrons receive the best service possible and efficient access to the collections.
