Use the following form to request instructional services. This form will be forwarded to Martha Reynolds , Head of Public and Instructional Services. If you do not specify otherwise, we usually provide a combination of brief lecture, demonstration of appropriate (i.e., assignment-specific) electronic resources and databases, and hands-on, supervised practice time where class size and schedule permit.
