Newspapers
The library offers print as well as online versions of core national and international newspapers.
Current issues are on newspaper racks located on the first floor. For recent back issues, ask at the Circulation Desk. Older back issues of selected papers are retained on microfilm in the Microforms Room. Print indexes for the Atlanta Constitution (1974-to date), Christian Science Monitor (1991-to date), New York Times (1851-to date), and the Wall Street Journal (1964-to date) are also located in the Microforms Room.
On-line newspaper indexes, as well as selected full-text availability for some titles, are available via GALILEO. Choose the “Newspapers” group from the “Databases by Subject Category” list.

Newspapers on the Web
Many news and newspaper resources are available on the Internet. Although some newspapers are available by paid subscription only, many others provide free online editions, although coverage may vary from the print editions. Newspaper sites can provide selected articles/headline stories/highlights of the day, for the week, or contain archival stories, some of which are searchable.
