Rental Facilities

The Martha Berry Museum
Rental Cost – $1,000*
Built in 1972 and renovated in 1999, the museum houses a remarkable collection of art and impressive exhibits telling the Berry story. The Court of Honor and exhibit areas, totaling 4,200 square feet, are available for receptions. The maximum capacity is 100 for receptions. An Oak Hill staff member will be present during all functions.
Facility amenities include:
• Serving areas that can be set up to meet your needs.
• A mini-kitchen with sink.
• The ability to pipe compact-disc music to all areas of the museum.

Garden Room
Rental Cost – $250 for full day*
$150 for half day* (4 hours or less, includes set-up)
The Garden Room is located behind The Martha Berry Museum in a restored cottage that also houses the Oak Hill Museum Store. The Garden Room has 750 square feet and can be used for receptions, luncheons, dinners or meetings. The maximum capacity is 52 seated.
Facility amenities include:
• Full kitchen with dinnerware for guest use.
• Restrooms for men and women.
Oak Hill Meadow
Rental Cost – $1,200*
Located in front of The Martha Berry Museum is a large meadow with exquisite views of both the Oak Hill home and the museum. This lawn can be used for a variety of functions. Events should end before dark due to limited lighting on the site. An Oak Hill staff member will be present during all functions.
Facility amenities are limited. Guests may use the restrooms at the Oak Hill Museum Store or Oak Hill Carriage House. Reservations for the meadow do not include access to a kitchen. If a kitchen is needed, the Garden Room should also be reserved. Oak Hill does not offer a contingency plan in case of inclement weather.
Equipment and Setup
Oak Hill staff can recommend locations for renting equipment, which is not included in the Oak Hill facility rental cost and must be provided by the lessee.
* A 20% discount applies if the facility is reserved by and for Berry faculty, staff, alumni or students or official non-profit groups who are conducting business directly related to their organization.
