During those times when the Technical Support Desk is not open, solutions to more common problems can be found at RightAnswers. This is a database of known issues and helpful hints, as well as assistance for Berry-only situations.
Possibly the issue could be solved with better knowledge of the subject. We have several very informative instructional courses on Windows XP, the Microsoft Office products and many others at OnlineExpert.
