Software: Faculty / Staff

Centrally Supported Software

The Berry OIT Helpdesk and technical staff are prepared to support faculty and staff with the core software consisting of Windows XP Professional, Mac v10.2 and above, the Microsoft Office Products Suite, Symantec Antivirus and SPSS.

To receive assistance with operating system or software problems or installation, please contact the Berry Technical Support Helpdesk at (706)238-5838.  There is also online help for known issues at RightAnswers.  This is an excellent resource for immediate or off-hours assistance.
