Lean Ground Beef

Berry Angus Ground Beef is high in quality. The portions of meat that are traditionally marketed as individual cuts, such as roast meat and stew meat, are added into Berry Angus’s ground beef. This produces a ground product that is the equivalent of between 85/15 and 90/10 lean.
