Coosa River Basin Initiative
CRBI is an organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the environment in the Coosa River Basin. Volunteers assist with river clean-ups and participate in other events and activities sponsored by CRBI such as their 7 Hills/ 3 Rivers Adventure Race. If you enjoy the great outdoors of Rome, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Eco-Center
The Eco-Center of Rome provides a number of opportunities for both education and volunteering to help benefit and protect the rivers and streams of Floyd County. Through several education opportunities as well as their Adopt-a-Stream program, the Eco-Center seeks to bring citizens into awareness and involvement in protecting the water of Floyd County.
