Jersey Beef is a juicy and flavorful beef that comes from a dairy
breed of cattle. Over the years, advancements in nutrition have allowed
farmers to use dairy cattle to produce a prime beef product. Our cattle
are locally raised here at Berry College. They grow on wide-open
pastures and are supplemented with a grain ration that contains no
animal byproducts. The Berry Farms Jersey Beef looks to provide its
consumers with the healthiest quality beef. In following this
philosophy, we make sure our cattle are free of added growth hormones.
