
The Berry Farms Jersey Milk
Our student-run enterprise operates out of the Rollins Dairy, allowing us the hands-on experience of everything from farm work to making cheese to writing a functional business plan. Currently we sell a variety of hard and soft artisan cheeses which are locally produced and hand-crafted by the Udderly Cool Dairy, which is run by Berry alumni, using only Berry Jersey cows' milk. The Berry Farms' all-natural cheese is truly one of a kind because it comes from Berry College cows.
