Over the past couple of years our board has been recognized for the work that we do on Berry's campus. Here are a couple of the awards that we have received. We are thankful for the honors that we are given and continue to work to provide campus activities for Berry students.
Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities (APCA)
Shoe String of the Year Award
KCAB was featured in the 2006 April/May addition of the APCA Student Activities Journal for this award.
"The Berry College Krannert Center Activites Board (KCAB) is an 18 member student organization. The KCAB board is divided into four committees; Dances, Films, and Arts, Games and Recreation, Special Events, and Spotlight with each committee planning a range of programs. The board plans over 100 social, recreational and cultural activities for the student body in a school year. Some of their favorite events include talent shows, the Mountain Day Olympics, Marthapalooza and Miss Berry. Through these activities, the KCAB team works to establish a sense of community among diverse people in an effort to enhance the overall standard and quality of living on campus"
