Members of the Black student Alliance (BSA) work together to promote the integration of Black culture into the Berry College academic and social environment.  One of the most popular events sponsored by BSA is the Martin Luther King Jr. Talent Show, which showcases the considerable talents of members of the Berry College and Rome communities.  BSA also sponsored a screening of the film Crash, followed by an open forum talk about race relations in the new millenium and how racism still exists in America.  BSA had the honor of hosting author Tayari Jones in her visit to Berry College during the 2006-2007 school year.
