Your job is stressful, you’ve only had three hours of sleep a night over the past week, fast food has been your only source of energy, and the gym is a distant memory. Well, no wonder you don’t feel well! Before you pop another headache pill, please note that the key to good health is being proactive, not trying to fix a problem once it arises.
