Townhouses
The 16 townhouses with a total capacity of 187 were built to replace temporary trailer homes. Twelve of these buildings contain two four-person suites equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. Four of the townhouses contain four six-person suites equipped with two bathrooms and a kitchen. A laundry room and the resident assistant's office in Building F serve all students who live in townhouses.

In October 2004, animal traps were installed around the Townhouses in an effort to relocate the growing population of skunks, coyotes and feral cats. The growing population was a result of students leaving cat food outside their residences.
