Understanding Your Folder Structure
The CMS allows you to easily find and manage content organized in a simple folder structure. The folder structure is similar to many Windows-based folder structures that can be expanded or condensed with a click of the mouse. All content for a specific group of web pages (such as department Web pages) are contained in the same folder.
Content blocks within a web section are often organized in a simple folder structure based on operational divisions at Berry.
For example, if you are the content poster for Residence Life, you will find your content in a sub folder within Student Affairs.
Folders > Student Affairs > Residence Life
