Short Bio
Dara Wakefield holds the G. Leland Green Endowed Chair at
Berry College and chairs the Department of Teacher Education. Dr. Wakefield’s
service in education spans 40 years in the United States and Asia. He is past-president
of the Georgia Association of Independent Colleges of Teacher Education. Dr.
Wakefield completed his doctorate at Baylor University. His interests include
assessment, student cultural immersion and teacher alumni support.
