Regardless of your background, the Berry MBA Professional Management Track offers you the opportunity to develop a wide range of business knowledge, a better understanding of what it means to be an effective leader and the confidence to make critical business decisions. Our program is structured for working professionals in corporations, government agencies, non-profit organizations and entrepreneurial enterprises. An undergraduate degree in business is not required.
At just over $22,000, this program is one of the most affordable options in Georgia for an MBA degree accredited by AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business).
The Berry MBA Professional Management Track is 30 credit hours. Twenty-one of these hours focus on a set of required core courses in the critical areas of business including accounting, finance, marketing, leadership and change management, information systems, value-chain management and business strategy. The remaining nine hours focus on the Professional Management Track and include courses in human resources, marketing and professional selling, international business and organizational ethics, to name a few. Students can complete the part-time evening program in as few as five semesters or take up to six years if needed.
Berry’s MBA program is ideal for balancing work, family and studies. The Berry MBA combines synchronous and asynchronous online learning to provide the flexibility working professionals need while preserving the personal connections that define the Berry experience.
During synchronous sessions, you will meet online with faculty and your classmates in real time for discussion, collaboration, and interactive learning. Asynchronous learning allows you to complete selected coursework and learning activities on your own schedule within established course deadlines.
This intentional blend provides flexibility without sacrificing engagement, giving you opportunities to learn independently while remaining connected to your professors and your MBA peers.
Small classes are structured to build networks and promote lifelong connections through discussions, team projects and interactions with peers and faculty. In-depth case analysis will sharpen your analytical, written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to take the knowledge learned in class and apply it to your work the very next day.
