Berry College's Morgan-Bailey Hall, the new 55,000 square foot health sciences building, is expected to be completed in summer of 2025. The design of Morgan-Bailey Hall prioritizes a comprehensive and immersive learning experience for nursing, kinesiology and physican associate (PA) students, integrating practical skills training with traditional classroom education.

Thoughtful design is prominent in all aspects of the building from high-fidelity simulation suites, level-appropriate skills labs and a physical assessment lab, to the active learning classrooms that occupy the first and second levels. Both levels have large collaborative spaces for students along with more private discussion rooms, with the second level also boasting classroom space, a mock OR and exam rooms similar to typical medical practices.
