Before you register, please read our Preview Day FAQs:

Q. Who can come to this event?
A. Berry Preview Days are designed as an introductory event for high school or transfer students who are just beginning their college search. Parents and family members are welcome to attend, but each registered student will be limited to 2 additional guests.

Q. What precautions will be in place related to COVID-19?
A. Registration is limited for this event so that we can keep our groups small; tour groups will be no larger than 10 individuals. Additionally, all visitors to campus (and our staff and students!) are required to wear face coverings at all times inside buildings and outside where social distancing can not be maintained. Information on acceptable face coverings and general guidelines related to visiting campus at this time are also available online for your reference.

Q. When and how should we register?
A. We recommend registering online as soon as you know your availability, as our events frequently fill up in advance and space is limited. We close registration at least two days before each event to allow for event preparation and setup. Online registration is the best way to ensure that we get complete information to prepare for your Preview Day visit. If you have any problems with the online form, please give us a call.

Due to space limitations and current visit protocols, we will not be able to accommodate any walk-in registrations – you must be registered before the day of the event in order to attend! Visitors who arrive late will not be guaranteed the opportunity to participate in all sessions.

Q. I'm planning to bring friends/siblings/family members who are also prospective Berry students. How should they be registered?
A. We prefer that each prospective student register for the event separately. This will allow us to be prepared with a personalized information packet when you arrive for check-in.

Q. Where do we go when we get to campus?
A. Driving directions to Berry are available online. When you arrive, enter Berry through the main entrance on Martha Berry Hwy. As a guest, you will be asked to stop at the Welcome Center. Please watch for signs and be prepared to provide identification. You will also be asked some general Covid screening questions and your temperature will be taken quickly and non-invasively. After you enter campus, follow the signs for Admission Event parking.

Q. What will students do at a Berry Preview Day?
A. Preview Days include programmed sessions that you will attend, rather than a drop-in open house event. You will attend an information session introducing you to Berry and our admissions process, take a walking tour of campus with current students, and have the chance to learn more about some of the academic and student life programs that make Berry unique.

Schedule – September 19 Morning
Schedule – September 19 Afternoon

If you register for a morning session, you will have the option to stay after the programming ends to join us for an optional lunch on campus; if you register for an afternoon session, you’re welcome to join us for lunch before programming will begin in the afternoon. Please indicate on your registration form if you plan to join us for a picnic lunch. We’ll even provide you with a fun map of some cool spots on campus where you can enjoy your meal – just make sure to bring blankets or lawn chairs if you plan to explore!

Q. What will my parents do?
A. Your parents will get to do everything you do, and we ask that you and your guests stick together during your visit and maintain appropriate social distance from other visitors.

Q. Is there a cost to attend a Preview Day?
A. No. You and your family are invited to join us free of charge. Coffee and water will be available at no cost during check-in, and we will provide an optional lunch for our guests either before or after your Preview Day programming. Specialty coffee and other snack items will be available for purchase if desired.

Q. I’ve already been to Discover Berry. Will this Preview Day be any different?
A. Not really – our Discover Berry events include much of the same programming that we will be presenting during these Preview Days. We always welcome return visitors, but if you’re looking for another way to visit campus, you should think about coming for a daily visit on a weekday (and select Saturdays during the school year) or exploring our Virtual Visit options.

Q. . I’ve already been to Berry for a Daily Visit. Should I still come to a Preview Day?
A. Absolutely! Preview Days offer you the chance to meet people you may not have met while you were here for your daily visit. It’s a great way to explore our academic programs and campus life areas and interact with a number of current students.

Q. I’ve already applied to Berry and been accepted. Can I still come to a Preview Day?
A. The information presented at Preview Days is designed for students who are just beginning the college search process. If you have already been accepted, we encourage you to come to one of our events for admitted students, like Decision Berry or Berry Bound. Or think about coming for a personalized daily visit choosing from several opportunities available to help you make your college decision. We also encourage you to check our Virtual Visit options to learn even more about what we have to offer our students. These options will give you more in-depth information that you may need if you are further along in the admission process.

Q. What if I have a question about the event that hasn't been answered here?
A. Please contact Shira Kerce, Campus Visit Coordinator, at or 706.236.5492.
