Schedule Your Visit

When you visit colleges, you learn something more about them. When you visit Berry College, you’ll learn about yourself too. You’ll learn if you like being nestled in the foothills of the Northwest Georgia mountains and how you feel about Frisbee Golf versus Disc Golf. You’ll learn if you prefer big lecture halls to roundtable classroom discussions and what you think about intertwining your personal and professional development. You’ll learn to enjoy life in a place where space is absolutely not at a premium.

After your visit, you’ll probably wonder, just as we do, why other colleges are strangely unwilling to acquire additional acreage.

Need help deciding what visit experience will teach you the most about yourself and how Berry fits into what is next? Keep scrolling, we’ve got options.

Join us for a day-long introduction to all things Berry. We’ll connect you with current students and encourage you to meet directly with faculty from every department on campus. In addition to meeting as many people at Berry as you can handle, we’ll also show you around campus, give you tips on the Berry application and scholarship process, and treat you and your family to lunch in the dining hall.

DAILY Visits

Try on Berry and see how it fits. When you sign up for a daily visit, select a day and time and let us know what you’d like to do when you’re here. Your visit will include a tour of campus led by a Berry student, and an information session led by a counselor who can guide you through the college process. If you visit during the academic year, you can also visit a class, stay overnight, meet with a coach or club advisor, and more. If you choose to add one of these options, please allow some flexibility in your schedule so that you can arrive early or stay later as needed.

We’re also open a few Saturdays during the school year so that you can visit us without missing any school work. Our Select Saturdays this spring are:

Saturday, January 26, 2019
Saturday, February 9, 2019
Saturday, March 30, 2019
Saturday, April 13, 2019
Saturday, April 27, 2019

Admitted Student Events

Congratulations!! You did it! You’re in! Now is your chance to explore Berry with a new perspective.

Decision Berry is your chance to be a Berry student for the day. We welcome you to come early for an overnight if you’d like! You’ll attend classes, meet with current students, hear about Rome, and more! Your parents and family members are welcome to join us too. They’ll have their own schedule because as much as they’d like it, they can’t come with you to Berry when you’re a student. So, we want you to go on your own adventure, and we promise to make time for you to connect and compare notes along the way.

Sunday-Monday, February 17-18, 2019
Sunday-Monday, March 3-4, 2019

Want to know what life is like on the world’s largest campus (read laboratory, field site, playground)? Berry Bound is for you. Assuming the weather is on our side, you’ll hike on the mountain campus with current students, learn about the BOLD (Berry Outdoor Leadership Development) program, connect with professors, and attend campus events. It’s your opportunity to learn more about the home you’ll build and the community you’ll have when you’re a Berry student. Again, we’d love for your parents and family members to join you on your trip to Rome and promise you’ll have time to see them throughout the day. They will, however, have their own schedule so they can get used to what life will be like when you’re here.
