Friday, May 18

9 a.m. Alumni Golf Scramble* – Stonebridge Golf Club, shotgun start at 9 a.m. $80 entry fee (range balls, golf and lunch included). Please pay individually and contact Fred Mercer a fmercer@berry.edu or 706-290-2164 with your team information.

10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Check-In – Alumni Center, Conference Room
• Walk-up registration/changes – Alumni Center, Multimedia Room
• Pick up registration packet at the Alumni Center prior to participating in any event.
On-Campus Housing Check-In (for Work Week attendees only) Alumni Center, Conference Room

4 – 6 p.m. Class Reunion Reception* Ford Reflecting Pools
All class reunion members and their guests are invited to join President Briggs at the Ford Reflecting Pools. Class photos will be taken and will be available for download a berry.edu/alumni at NO COST.

These photos will be taken at Hill Dining Hall on Saturday morning immediately following the breakfast. Please stay until your class reunion photo has been made!

8 a.m. 1951C Annual Breakfast*

9 – 10 a.m. Alumni Choir Rehearsal – College Chapel

10 – 11:30 a.m. 68C Class Reunion Gathering – Garden Room, Oak Hill Gift Shop
This will include beverages and light refreshments. Tours of Oak Hill and the museum will be available.

Noon Alumni Association Lunch and Annual Meeting*
Ford Dining Hall, $12 per person

1 – 5 p.m. The Cage Center and Berry Bean’ry coffee shop (Krannert Center) will be open during this time.

2 − 3 p.m. New Alumni Council Member Orientation

3:30 - 5:45 Shuttles available from the Cage Center Parking Lot to Oak Hill

4 – 5 p.m. Oak Hill Pavilion Dedication and Naming Celebration* – Oak Hill
Reception to follow; complimentary shuttle service to Oak Hill from the Cage Center parking lot available from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

5:30 p.m. Golden Guard Inductee Assembly – Hallway outside Spruill Ballroom
• 1968A Golden Guard inductees, 5:45 p.m.
• 1968C Golden Guard inductees, 5:50 p.m.
Please note: Golden Guard inductees will be announced starting at 5:45 p.m. Please be seated at this time. Dinner will immediately follow.

6 p.m. Awards and Golden Guard Dinner* – Spruill Ballroom, Krannert Center
• $35 per person; $10 for the classes of 68A and 68C. Complimentary for 2018 award winners.
• Distinguished Alumni Award winners will be presented during dinner.
• Golden Guard class photos taken immediately following dinner.


Sunday, May 20

8 – 10:30 a.m. Complimentary Continental Breakfast* Krannert Center, Viking Court
Includes Alumni Choir members.

9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Alumni Choir rehearsal and photo – College Chapel

8:30 a.m. High School/Academy Worship Service – Frost Chapel
All High School and Academy alumni are invited to attend and join a processional march from Hamrick Hall to Frost Chapel at 8:30 a.m. Worship service begins at 9 a.m.

11 a.m. Alumni Weekend Worship Service – College Chapel
• Guest Alumni Choral Director: Honorary Alumnus Ross Magoulas (FFS)
