General Policies

  • Most of our spaces allow you to choose any vendors you wish. However, we do have requirements vendors must agree to and abide by. We are also happy to share our approved vendors list with you for your planning.
  • Prices below reflect the full-day, non-discounted prices. Our spaces are available to be reserved for a half-day (4 hours or less), or a full-day (8 hours or less), with these periods of time including setup or tear down. If additional time for setup or tear down is needed the day prior or after an event, an hourly fee will be charged.
  • Please remember that the use of tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, e-cigarette, and vaping devices of any kind are not permitted anywhere on Berry College or Oak Hill campus, indoor or out.
