Ask Me About

Finding meaningful internships, crafting applications, and building deep connections. Also ask about Jesus, golf, country music, mission trips, and US History.

Favorite job as a college student

Being an RA for two years was so humbling and fulfilling. I specifically loved supporting first year students in adjusting to college life, discovering their gifts, and offering mentorship.

Childhood career ambition

To be a wife, a mother, and a country singer.

Favorite spot on campus

The Huggins' family living room. Our Chaplain, Dr. Huggins and his lovely wife host a Wednesday night Bible study I have attended since I was a freshman here. Their living room is where I met some of my now best friends, grew closer with old ones, and witnessed the Lord work in my life and so many others!

Favorite Assessment/Career Search tool

I love Spiritual Gifts surveys! I think they are so eye-opening and exciting because the more we understand who God has made us to be, the more we can identify our calling, career interests, and how we can contribute to the Kingdom!

I also think Handshake is a great tool to keep up with events on campus, along with what Community and Industry, internship, and job opportunities exist.

Favorite quote

"Find out what's right and make a stand" - My Dad

Scripture:

John 15:13 - Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends

Colossians 3:23 - Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for man

Favorite thing about working with Berry students in the cppd

I love seeing the strengths of our student work team come to surface in each of their roles! I am grateful to be working with Berry students, supporting them in finding valuable next steps, and ultimately being a small part in Berry's mission that so significantly changed my life.
