I’m a senior Exercise Science major with a minor in Chemistry, Biology, and Spanish on the pre-Physician’s Associate track. My favorite exercise activity would be going to work out classes like hot yoga and Pilates! I was a vegetarian for many years, so I have experience in that type of diet if that’s something you’re interested in. Most of all I’m super interested in helping people plan meals/ figure out healthy balanced diets!

I’m a senior double majoring in Exercise Science and Religion, with a passion for helping individuals reach their fitness goals without having to give up the foods they love. Outside of academics, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, and perfecting the art of grilling meat. My favorite food is anything barbecued, and I’m particularly interested in creating fitness strategies that allow people to enjoy life’s pleasures while maintaining their health and well-being.

I’m a junior Exercise Science major and a rower for the Berry College Viking Crew. I’m big on training, staying active, and finding practical ways to improve both in the gym and on the water. Outside of rowing, I enjoy watching shows and movies and trying good food. I’m especially interested in making fitness programs fun, approachable, and easy to understand.
