Event Info
- Tickets are required at the College Chapel and at the Krannert Center (live simulcast location) for entry into this event.
- Please print your ticket confirmation page (which was sent to you via email when you reserved your tickets) or be ready to show your ticket confirmation on your phone. Berry staff will scan your ticket confirmation code to admit you into the venues.
- Please check your ticket confirmation: you have either reserved seat(s) at the College Chapel or the Krannert Center Ballroom.
- Parking: When you enter campus, please follow the blue signs for Event Parking. These will direct you to the Cage Parking Lot. From the Cage lot, you will have a 5-7 minute walk to the College Chapel (following the orange signs), or a 3 minute walk to the Krannert Center for the simulcast (following the green directional signs).
- Shuttles will be available for those with accessibility needs. Please plan to walk, unless you need assistance.
- Please plan to arrive early. Due to expected attendance for this event, it may take more time than you anticipate to park your vehicle, walk to the venue and get to your seat(s). Both the Chapel and Krannert venues will open at 5:15 p.m.
- Restrooms are located outside of the Chapel. For Krannert guests, restrooms are located on the main hallway.
- After the conversation event has concluded, all ticketholders are invited to attend the book signing event at Green Hall. Please follow the red directional signs to the book signing location.
- The King Center will be selling a variety of books and Dr. Bernice A. King will be signing books in Green Hall.
