James T. Douglas, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. James Douglas is Board Certified by the American Academy of Family Practice.  He completed a fellowship in OB after his residency which distinguishes him from his peers.  Since 1995 his private practice has been located just 4 miles from Berry College at N.W. Georgia Medical Clinic Family Medicine and Obstetrics. He is available by phone 24/7 and spends a minimum of two hours weekly at The Health providing oversight and medical supervision.

Emma Cordle, R.N., FNP

Emma obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Jacksonville State University in 2003.  Sher received her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2012.  She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has prior experience in adult intensive care and neonatal intensive care.  Emma is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American College Health Association, and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, and Golden Key Honor Society.   Emma has been Berry’s Nurse Practitioner for five years working 16 hours each week.  On May 1, 2018, Emma accepted the position as Director of the Health Center. 

Tina Brown, RN, SANE

Tina Brown, RN, SANE served as prn staff for 9 months prior to accepting a position as Full Time nurse position in The Health Center on April 9, 2018.  Tina comes to us with 20 years’ experience in a variety of fields including, Clinical Coordinator OB/GYN office, Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse, Family Practice office, Pain Management, Medical Surgical, and Public School Nursing.  Tina is a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, and plans to obtain her CPR/AED instructor certification.  Current Licensure is through the state of Georgia, she is a member of the International Association of Forensic Nurses, and ACHA.

Anita Errickson, RN
Anita Errickson, RN has served as the Nurse Director for the Health Center for 14 years and has been an RN for 40 years.   Her experience includes Medical-Surgical and Neurological units, Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse, Orthopedic Rehabilitation services, Family Practice Residency Clinic, and 8 years in College Health prior to becoming Director.  Anita retired on May 31, 2018 but return to a part-time nursing position in The Health Clinic in August 2018.
