Volunteers are critical to the success and safety of our event. The race atmosphere is exciting, and volunteers will find they enjoy being part of the fun! All volunteers will receive a t-shirt.

Volunteer Positions on Friday, March 22
Packet Pickup- Hand out packets to runners with timing chips and t-shirts (11am-8pm)
Direct Parking – to pasta dinner/expo/packet pick up (12 noon-8 pm)
Volunteer Positions on Saturday, March 23
Direct Parking (6-9 am)
Entertainment - arrange for or play music along race course and at finish line (7am-12pm)
Packet Pick Up – Hand out packets to runners (6:00-8:30 am)
Finish Line – hand out water and food at the finish line (6 am-12 pm)
Timer - at finish line with timing machine-serves as backup timing to chips (7 am-12pm)
Fun Run - register kids, hand out medals and water (8:30-10:30 am)
Water Station - hand out water and PowerAde on the race course (7 am-12 pm)
Course Monitor - stationed at turns on the race course to make sure runners go the right way (7 am-12 pm)
Personal Belongings - work in the tent where runners keep their personal items during the race (6 am-12pm)
Litter Patrol - change trash bags, refill toilet paper, etc. (8am-12pm)
Clean Up - help clean up the campus so it’s as beautiful as when we started (noon-4 pm)
