Kinesiology General Education
Students are required to complete 54 hours of credit in General Education, including a 3-credit Kinesiology component.
The 3-credit requirement in KIN is completed as follows:
1) Students complete one of the following four KIN courses (1 credit)
220 First Aid
221 Survey of Wellness
222 College Health Topics
223 Self-Defense for Women I
2) Students complete two activity courses from the list below (2 credits)
Please note that a maximum of four KIN activity courses can be counted toward degree requirements.
