The company, headquartered in Indiana and sometimes called the “quality SWAT team,” is now the leading provider of quality improvement services for the automotive industry, including inspection, engineering and education. With more than 2,200 employees, Product Action inspects parts for Toyota, General Motors, Mercedes, Honda, Ford, DaimlerChrysler and others. It is a five-time winner of the Indiana Quality Improvement Award, including the 2002 Gold Award as the top services company and a 2003 Silver Award for innovative human-resources practices. In addition to running one of Indiana’s 100 top-growth companies, Steven serves as a member of the Berry College Board of Trustees.
