 | Welcome New AlumsOn a Berry spring morning, hundreds of family and friends congregated on the Evans lawn to celebrate the success of the class of 2013. Berry College’s spring commencement graduated 381 students into the Berry Alumni Association, along with welcoming honored guests to the campus.

 | Midsummer DreamsThe Berry College Theatre Company's last production of the academic year featured fairies, fools and midsummer mischief. Richard Garner, producing artistic director for the Georgia Shakespeare Festival, directed Berry students and alumni in the production of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream."

 | Exam JamGeorgia native Phillip Phillips, winner of the 11th season of American Idol, recently performed to a sold-out crowd of 1,500 as part of Berry College's third annual Exam Jam. Phillips showcased songs from his debut album "The World from the Side of the Moon," along with original covers of popular songs.

 | Colorful BerryBerry held its first ever Color Me Berry Trail Run last weekend. "Color Zones" were placed throughout the course, allowing for each color to be showered on the runners through the 5k run.

 | Buckin' BerryThe Battle on the Mountain, Berry’s fifth annual bull ride, brought several hundred community members, students, staff and faculty to the Gunby Equine Center.

 | Happy FeetThe Berry College Dance Troupe recently presented its annual dance concert over three days. Each dancer embodied this year’s theme of "Eudamonia" (Greek for happiness) as they gracefully performed a mix of ballet, hip-hop, and contemporary pieces; all of which were accompanied by colorful costumes and ethereal music.

 | Viva Berry!Berry's Vegas Weekend always serves as a fun reminder that not only do Berry students work hard; they also know how to have a good time. Events offered during this particular weekend were inspired by various shows, locations, and casinos found on the Vegas strip. Arielle Debrun, a senior from Charlotte, N.C., was impressed with this year's weekend-long bash. Krannert Center Activities Board (KCAB) organizes the event.
