Berry in Bloom
Students
have been taking time to bask in the recent change in scenery brought
on by
spring. Berry’s picturesque campus becomes even more beautiful during
spring as temperatures rise and flowers and trees begin to blossom.
What were once empty brown fields of winter are now lush and green, full of students
who are taking advantage of the weather by throwing Frisbees, hiking, and running.
“The springtime is so wonderful because people are constantly outside enjoying the
beautiful weather and it is easy to see campus vibrancy,” said Jason Terranova, a junior chemistry major from Marietta, Ga.
The
wonderful weather is no doubt making it difficult to keep students’
noses buried
in textbooks, but it ultimately serves as a reminder of what there is to
look forward to once the spring semester concludes. Berry will continue
to serve as a recreation hotspot all summer long. Visit
