CMC Circulation Policy

  • There are no overdue fines if the item is returned or renewed within 30 days of its due date.
     
  • Items not returned or renewed within 30 days of its original due date are assumed lost.
    • Patrons will be charged the cost of the item ($50.00 default) plus a $5.00 processing fee.
    • The processing fee is not waived for items after they have been declared lost.
