OIT Online Purchasing
Welcome to the online purchasing Web site for the Office for Information Technology. This service will allow you to conveniently view computers, hardware and software that are pre-approved by the OIT staff. Once you decide on the item(s) in which you would like to purchase, please have the person responsible for your departmental budget email a listing of those items to OITpurchasing@berry.edu. Additional information needed in the email is as follows:
- Your C&T number (unless this is a new computer order)
- The charge code to use for the purchase.
Any item that you are interested in purchasing that is not provided on the pre-approved list, simply email that information to us at the same address listed above and our purchasing staff would be more than happy to contact their vendors to get the best possible pricing for you.
Please note that our OIT Technical Purchasing Staff normally process purchase orders within one day, but be aware that it can take up to 48 hours. After the initial 48 hour processing period, please allow standard shipping and handling for the items that you are requesting. When the items are received our Technical Purchasing Staff will create appropriate workorders to have your items installed or set-up by our PC / MAC Technician.
