The Berry College Campus Scheduling office is pleased to work with all student groups, athletic teams, and academic and non-academic departments on campus to assist in organizing the details of campus events. Please reach out to the Campus Scheduling Office via phone or email at any time to request assistance with booking your event, adding equipment to your reservation, or adjusting any times or other details of the event.
We also have our online scheduling software, EMS, that can be utilized to submit your request electronically, including the location and equipment necessary.

STUDENT GROUP RESERVATION REQUESTS
Student group leaders should submit their requests for meetings, events, and other requests for on-campus spaces via EMS, Berry’s Event Management System. All requests must be made by student groups who have been approached through the Office of Student Involvement. If your group has not already been approved, please contact the OSI team at studentinvolvement@berry.edu or studentorgs@berry.edu. If you do not yet have an EMS account, please click the request button in the section above to request one.
