During their college careers, Berry College students have the unique opportunity to work, observe, and teach under the guidance of master teachers. Whether pursuing a degree in teaching or another discipline, college students can learn valuable skills at Berry College Elementary and Middle School while being part of a community that loves learning.
Students majoring in education complete assignments at Berry College Elementary and Middle School throughout their Teacher Education program. Beginning with an introduction to education to completing a senior internship, college students have opportunities to observe and receive feedback from supervising teachers and college professors while applying and practicing new and innovative teaching and instructional methods.
Berry College Elementary and Middle School is one of the largest employers of student workers on campus and offers a wide variety of jobs for students to acquire and build professional skills. Student workers are mentored by teachers and peers to ensure growth, experience, and success that can be applied to future employment.
