Farmer's Cheese


Farmer’s cheese is the newest and most exciting addition to the Jersey Milk product line! Our processors have perfected this one-of-a-kind cheese that starts as the same Jack base that has been available for years, only now by way of aging has taken on a sharp and delicious taste similar to a cheddar cheese. One bite and you’ll understand why it’s already known as our “Beddar than Cheddar” flavor!

Applewood Smoked Gouda


Two-time finalists in the Dairy category of the "Flavor of Georgia" contest, our Applewood Smoked Gouda is the premier cheese of our lineup. Smoked with real Applewood, this cheese's sweet, creamy texture fuses perfectly with its aromatic, smokey flavor. You're going to want to get your hands on this cheese; we don't keep this one our shelves for too long.



Easily our most versatile cheese, you'll have a hard time finding something our Traditional Jack doesn't go great with. Grated, sliced, melted, or just cubed, this cheese has an authentic taste that you are sure to love. This cheese and its rich flavor was awarded the Gold Medal at the 2011 North American Jersey Cheese Awards.

The cheese is produced in Roopville, GA by Udderly Cool Dairy, L.L.C. with milk exclusively from the Berry College Dairy.
