Public Events

Regalia and Procession Information 

All delegates in the academic procession are expected to wear academic attire. Delegates must provide their own academic regalia. A secure room will be available for robing and for storing personal belongings during the ceremony.

Delegates should report to the Multi-Purpose Gym in the Steven J. Cage Athletic and Recreation Center by 12 pm. Lunch will be provided, followed by robing and procession lineup. Staff will be available to provide guidance and assistance.

The procession will commence promptly at 2:30 pm. Please plan to remain for the full duration of the event, including the recessional. All delegates are welcome to join Dr. Mazumder and the Berry community at the Community Celebration Reception immediately following the Inauguration Ceremony.
