Move In

Housing Deposits

A security deposit of $500 is due prior to move in and can be paid through payroll deduction or check.

Renter’s Insurance

A renter’s insurance policy is also required prior to move in, and a copy of the policy must be sent to the Business Office.

Mail Services

Mail is delivered to the mailroom on campus, not individual units.  In order to receive mail at your new address, it is important that you contact Mail Services prior to your arrival to obtain a personal mailbox.

Move Out

Early Move Outs

A thirty day notice is required should you need to vacate the unit prior to your move out date.
